Welcome to the detailed guide on navigating and understanding the dashboards in our product.
Note: By default, players with developer mode enabled are excluded from all calculations. This behavior is controlled by the Ignore Type filter (see Dashboard Filters below).
Dashboard Filters
At the top of the dashboard, you will find several filters to customize the data view:
1. Period Selection: Allows you to select a specific date range for the data displayed. By default, this is set to the last 7 days.
2. Project Selection: If you have multiple projects, you can choose the specific project you want to analyze.
3. Category Selection: You can filter the data by categories such as All (default), Casino, or Sportsbook.
4. Ignore Type: Controls how developer-mode players are treated in all dashboard calculations.
Exclude developers (default) — developer-mode players are excluded
Include developers — developer-mode players are included
Only developers — only developer-mode players are shown
Summary Tiles
Below the filters, you will see summary tiles that provide a quick overview of key metrics:
Bets: Total amount and count of all successful bets placed during paid game sessions (both real money and bonus). For sportsbook bets, only bets with the status "win" or "lost" are counted.
Wins: Total amount and count of all successful wins from paid game sessions (both real money and bonus).
Losses: Calculated as Bets − Wins (using the same logic as above).
Deposits: Total amount and count of all successful real money deposits.
Withdrawals: Total amount and count of all successful real money withdrawals.
First Time Deposits (FTD): Total amount and count of all first-time successful real money deposits. Note that if a user registered a month ago but made their first deposit today, it will be counted for today.
Dashboards Overview
Revenue
The Revenue chart displays two daily lines and four totals:
Chart lines (by day):
GGR — calculated as
Bet Amount − Win Amountper day, using the same dataset as the Bets chart (paid game sessions, both real money and bonus). For sportsbook bets, only bets with status "win" or "lost" are counted.In − Out — calculated as
Deposit Amount − Withdrawal Amountper day (successful real money transactions), using the same dataset as the Transactions chart.
Totals (shown above the chart):
GGR — total Bet Amount − total Win Amount for the period.
In − Out — total Deposit Amount − total Withdrawal Amount for the period.
ARPPU — Average Revenue Per Paying User, calculated as
Total Deposit Amount / Total Depositors.% Hold — calculated as
(In − Out) / In × 100%. Indicates the share of deposited funds retained by the casino during the period.
Bets
Chart: Displays four metrics by day (based on game session
updated_at): Bet amount and Win amount as bars, Bet count, Win count and Avg. Bet as lines. All metrics include both real money and bonus, but only from game sessions with type = paid. For sportsbook bets, only bets with status "win" or "lost" are counted.Totals (above the chart):
Total Bets — sum of all Bet Amounts in the period.
Total Wins — sum of all Win Amounts in the period.
Avg. Bet —
Total Bets / total bet count.
Players Activity
Displays the activity of users categorized into three types:
1. Active Users: Users who performed any activity (login, registration, games, deposit) during the period.
2. Active Players: Users who placed a bet during the period.
3. Active Depositors: Users who made a successful deposit during the period.
• Totals: Shows the unique user count for each category over the period.
Registration Activity
• New Registrations: Count of users who registered during the period.
• First Time Depositors (FTD): Count of users who made their first deposit. Even if a user registered previously but made their first deposit today, it is counted today.
• FTD Amount: Total amount of all first-time deposits.
• Totals:
• Total Registered: Total count of new registrations during the period.
• Total FTDs: Total count of users who made their first deposit during the period.
• Avg FTD: Average amount of the first deposit, calculated as the total FTD amount divided by the count of FTDs.
Transactions
The Transactions chart displays both deposit and withdrawal activity by day, aggregated by transaction updated_at. Only successful real money transactions are counted.
Chart metrics (by day):
Deposit count and Deposit amount — successful real money deposits.
Withdrawal count and Withdrawal amount — successful real money withdrawals.
Totals (above the chart):
Avg. Deposit —
Total Deposit Amount / Total Deposit Count.Avg. Withdrawal —
Total Withdrawal Amount / Total Withdrawal Count.
Country Statistics
Displays deposit and registration activity broken down by country:
Deposit Amount: Total deposit volume per country.
Depositor Count: Number of unique depositors per country.
New Registrations: Number of newly registered users per country during the selected period.
Top 5 Games
The Top 5 Games table uses the same dataset rules as the Bets chart: both real money and bonus are included, only game sessions with type = paid are counted, and data is aggregated by session updated_at.
Displays the top performing games for the selected period, with two tabs:
Games: Rankings by individual game title.
Providers: Rankings by game provider.
The table includes the following columns:
Game: Name of the game.
GGR: Gross Gaming Revenue generated by the game (total bets minus total wins).
Played By: Number of unique players who played the game.
Total Bet: Total amount wagered on the game.
Total Win: Total amount won by players.
RTP: Return to Player percentage, calculated as Total Win divided by Total Bet.
