Welcome to the detailed guide on navigating and understanding the dashboards in our product.

At the top of the dashboard, you will find several filters to customize the data view:

1. Period Selection: Allows you to select a specific date range for the data displayed. By default, this is set to the last 7 days.

2. Project Selection: If you have multiple projects, you can choose the specific project you want to analyze.

3. Category Selection: You can filter the data by categories such as All (default), Casino, or Sportsbook.

Summary Tiles

Below the filters, you will see summary tiles that provide a quick overview of key metrics:

1. Bets: Total amount and count of all bets placed.

2. Wins: Total amount and count of all wins.

3. Losses: Calculated as total bets minus total wins, with the count of bets where the bet amount is greater than the win amount.

4. Deposits: Total amount and count of all successful deposits.

5. Withdrawals: Total amount and count of all successful withdrawals.

6. First Time Deposits (FTD): Total amount and count of all first-time deposits. Note that if a user registered a month ago but made their first deposit today, it will be counted for today.

• Formula: Total bets minus total wins by day.

• Total GGR: Displayed at the top of the chart, showing the total GGR for the selected period.

• Chart: Displays the total amount and count of bets by day.

• Bet Conversion: Percentage of players who placed at least one bet out of the total number of users who performed any activity (including login) during the period.

• Average Bet (Avg. Bet): Calculated as the total amount of bets divided by the count of bets.

Displays the activity of users categorized into three types:

1. Active Users: Users who performed any activity (login, registration, games, deposit) during the period.

2. Active Players: Users who placed a bet during the period.

3. Active Depositors: Users who made a successful deposit during the period.

• Totals: Shows the unique user count for each category over the period.

• New Registrations: Count of users who registered during the period.

• First Time Depositors (FTD): Count of users who made their first deposit. Even if a user registered previously but made their first deposit today, it is counted today.

• FTD Amount: Total amount of all first-time deposits.

• Totals:

• Total Registered: Total count of new registrations during the period.

• Total FTDs: Total count of users who made their first deposit during the period.

• Avg FTD: Average amount of the first deposit, calculated as the total FTD amount divided by the count of FTDs.

• Chart: Shows the total amount and count of deposits by day.

• Deposit Conversion: Percentage of users who made at least one successful deposit out of the total number of users who performed any activity (including login) during the period.

• Average Deposit (Avg. Deposit): Calculated as the total amount of deposits divided by the count of deposits.
