Introduction to Data-Driven Segments
Data-Driven Segments are an integral part of the InTarget platform, designed to enhance marketing automation by allowing for real-time, dynamic player segmentation. These segments are controlled entirely within the marketing automation campaigns, enabling operators to set specific rules for how players are added or removed based on their behaviours and actions.
Creating Data-Driven Segments
Access the Marketing Automation Module within InTarget.
Specify conditions related to player activities, such as deposit or withdrawal behaviours, which automatically update the segment.
Select "Add to Segment" block.
Select “Create New Segment” to begin the process.
Provide a name for your segment and, if desired, include a description that outlines its purpose and the criteria for inclusion.
Use "Remove From Segment" Block when you need it.
Monitoring and Insights
Analytics and Reporting
InTarget provides extensive data on each segment, including the number of players and the financial activities associated with them, like deposit and withdrawal counts and amounts.
Operators can track how segment composition changes over time, providing insights into player behaviors and the effectiveness of targeted marketing strategies.
Player Tracking
View a detailed list of all players within a segment, including general information and historical data on when players were added or removed. This allows for precise monitoring and management of player engagement.
Webhook Integration
Enhancing Segment Functionality with Webhooks
When editing a Data-Driven Segment, you can specify a Webhook URL.
InTarget will send notifications to this URL whenever a new player is added or removed from the segment, facilitating real-time responses and integrations with other systems.
