Snippets

Snippets help you reuse dynamic or static content across multiple templates. Instead of repeating or manually updating values in every message, you can define a snippet once and use it anywhere.

What Are Snippets?

A Snippet is a named placeholder with either:

  • Text value – e.g., "Hello, {{ firstName }}"

  • HTML block – such as an email footer or social media block

You can reference any snippet in your email template like this:

{{ snippet('your_snippet_name') }}

Current Availability

At the moment, Snippets are supported only in Email Templates.

Support for Push Notifications and SMS is coming soon.

Why Use Snippets?

  • Centralized Updates: Change once — update everywhere.

  • Consistency: Ensure unified messaging and formatting across campaigns.

  • Customization per Step:

    You can override a global snippet’s value within a specific campaign step.

    Example: Change "Hello, {{ firstName }}" to "Hello, User" only for one email in a workflow.
